We recently stayed at North Pointe Inn And Suites for a few nights and we were pleasantly surprised. The one-bedroom suite was spacious and well-equipped with a kitchenette that had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated that there was a hide a bed sofa option for those who prefer a firmer mattress. The couple who run the hotel are fantastic and keep the property in impeccable condition. We felt welcome and at home during our stay. The indoor pool was also a great feature and well-maintained. we highly recommend North Pointe for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

I recently stayed at a fantastic inn and suites in Kelowna. The room was spotlessly clean and had convenient amenities like a fridge and coffee maker with complimentary coffee. The warm pool was a highlight, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. They even had a BBQ and outdoor furniture available, perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather. The kitchenettes in the units were well-equipped, and although the inn was further into Kelowna, it was just a short drive down to the waterfront. We had a great experience thanks to the friendly couple who run the place, as well as the lovely Loretta in housekeeping. Highly recommended for a welcoming stay!
Didn’t dislike anything about the property. 🌟

So bed was very small, no real blankets provided, just basic covering. 4 people in the apartment, room but only 3 sets of towels provided.
The managing staff were very helpful, however overal experience and location not ideal. Had to drive to restuarants and bars, so the driver could not drink.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to everything we needed. We were able to easily navigate around and find our way to different places. Another positive aspect was the fact that we could walk our pets without worrying about traffic. It was a relief to have a safe area to take them for walks.
One of the worst aspects was the smell in the rooms. It was quite unpleasant, especially when we tried to air out the room and smoke from outside drifted in.

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional. The room was spacious and well-stocked, with a full-size fridge and a comfortable bed. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and a quiet atmosphere. The staff, especially the lady working at night, were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast option could have been improved with more variety.

The room was not clean!!! Even the grounds looked unkept with garbage laying here and there. Empty glasses and news paper laying on window sills out side. We were booked for two nights but only stayed one. We moved to another motel.

The politeness of the owners was amazing they could not do enough for us from the day we checked in until the day we left. For an old couple they where very tolerant of young people and understanding about what we like to do.

Hotel was on the main Highway. Worked okay for passing thru Kelowna
Poorly lit rooms. Not the best side of Hwy 97 to stay on. Needs some general upgrades.
